EPA Revises Gasoline Distribution NESHAPs

Summary: EPA is finalizing amendments to the NESHAP for Gasoline Distribution Facilities (40 CFR 63, Subpart R) and Gasoline Distribution Bulk Terminals, Bulk Plants, and Pipeline Facilities (40 CFR 63, Subpart BBBBBB) that include revised requirements for storage tanks, loading operations, and instrument monitoring for equipment leaks. Additionally, EPA is finalizing revisions related to emissions during periods of startup, shutdown, and malfunction; to add requirements for electronic reporting; to revise monitoring and operating requirements for control devices; and to make other minor technical improvements.
